How does it work?

1. The user opens the application, selects the relevant system, and creates a request to reset a forgotten password.
2. The user follows the password-reset link sent to the email address registered in the system.
3. If the account is locked after too many unsuccessful attempts, the user creates an unlock request.
4. The user follows the unlock link sent to the registered email address.
